DSince a couple of versions, gnome nvidia version will blank by displays but the displays never go into standby. Is there anything I can check that might sort it?

JFor those that have experienced a buggy AMD HDMI audio experience when using recent versions of the Linux kernel, a fix has been submitted today for Linux 6.11 and in turn for back-porting to stable series in addressing 'another long-time regression fix for AMD HDMI.'

DIs there a way to get a distrobox to autostart in the background without it opening up a terminal etc on boot? I can autostart the container in a minimised terminal but could it be truly background only?

Ji’d maybe look into creating (or using an existing?) systemd service that handles this. smartly incorporating
tmux might be a hacky way to truly start it in a “minimized” terminal, rather than redirecting stdout and stderr to log filesHquadlets i believe
