well it's part of Security Level, which is all just IP Reputation based challenging

The default is medium. imo I just use essentially off because ip reputation is a bit silly and espec in this case your origin is Pages so not too much worrying about ddos attacks

static assets are free/unlimited requests, only have to worry about functions if you have any of those but again ip reputation is a meh way of countering those anyway, there's rate limiting included with free you can configure on your website
