Well:
- port good CachyOS kernel stuff to fsync kernel or just use CachyOS kernel & hope nothing will break
- Wait for Fedora to enable optimized repo for specific CPU architectures
- rpm-ostree in the background updating things can slow things down on low-spec devices, so that can also potentially contribute to some slowness

Regarding slow boot on Bazzite, I'm not sure what would be the issue, since it's not slow in my custom image

OSTree is heavier on a drive than typical setups, so if you're running on a SATA SSD or something that could explain the difference
