My mate gave me his account cause he was quiting. Lost my device and my pubg account got hacked with it as well. I have recovered my phone details but my pubg account is gone and I have the data for it. I would like to claim it back please so kindly help me get it back pubg mobile devs. I heard it’s faster from here so here I am pleading
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
