DI might need some help understanding this. The argument for NVIDIA_FLAVOR is making it to the buildah command.

DAm I fundamentally misunderstanding how build arguments should work on a containerfile?

D... wow. I removed the labels and it worked. I think something in the github action to parse labels to command line args is breaking it

NYeah, I got more info on that. It's because they need to support older docker versions which only support gzip. Thank you Ubuntu LTS for that
