VDownside is currently it only works with flatpak (user) but I imagine that will change with time
DEvery time you install an app on discover it refreshes once or twice all your results and pages.

VThe theme is called chromeOS KDE, the desktop switcher is called Ginti, and then the rest is just able to be done with stock KDE applets
