Randomly started ping spiking

I dont know why, I have ethernet (using tp-link extender) and randomly now i start ping spiking from 20 into like 100+ its for a very SHORT moment that it doesnt show up on ping in tab, but i feel it in game, i tp around randomly, also i notice when i go onto a different window and click valorant for a few seconds, the graph will show a steady ping (how it is normally) before spiking again
