DIt's been a few years since I found WinApps and I'd found Looking Glass at the time then as well. Completely forgotten about it. I'm a bit rusty on the whole Windows on Linux topic :p
TI've used WinApps couple years back it's great! Wish Ublue had a ujust script for it, while I don't need it anymore it can really help people transitioning to gnu/linux.
DThe compose.yaml does have kvm passthrough set

TDude that would be awesome, Ublue could them advertise it runs windows applications (as long as there is enough memory) because the seamless mode of WinApps works really well.
Mmanaged to add the integrated gpu to a passthrough group with IOMMU, but never got it actually funtional
