CResilio sync is an alternative to sync thing that I prefer, there are also just scripts to install it
Zwhats the difference? i personaly have used syncthing for syncing emulator saves and things like that never tried syncing my whole home folder (thinking about it that might be a bad idea even if I am using the same DE and distro on both systems...)

CResilio sync has selective sync so you can choose what each client downloads. I also find it simpler than sync thing but they are pretty comparable

CI use the selective sync to pull specific comics from my library to a tablet for reading and it works well

KHad it whirring and creaking last time on about 170 days. It ran out of paging space or just confused itself and everything crashed slowly in sequence over half an hour.
CI'm still having some minor audio issues on my Rog Ally X running Bazzite when outputting over HDMI. Small audio blips / drop outs at infrequent intervals. Not crackling, just cutouts of around half a second or less. These don't seem to be tied to load as they can affect the home screen in game mode when GPU and CPU are both pretty chilled.
I've isolated the issue (I think) to the interface between the Ally and my main TV. On two additional screens I don't seem to have any issues - both of these are 1080p screens whereas my main screen that presents problems is 4k. Might be a total dead-end, but I'm trying to methodically work through all variables here.
In both game mode and KDE I cap the external display at 1080p, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to prevent the Ally being able to output higher at all.

KI am fairly sure there's a memory leak issue on desktop, I get similar issues after long enough, made worse if I run a bunch of games
