Aif you count tjunction it is hot like 80-90c i think? but my hellhound 7800xt full tilt are around 60c

Gthe first sign is when controllers shown to be disconnected on steam remote play, I thought it was a bug but it seems to matter in this situation
CBut my issue isn’t moonlight per se, it’s the background scan taking place causing the disruption which doesn’t happen in windows or iOS as all.

VSteam Remote Play in general is kind of iffy. I'm not sure if it works in desktop mode at all right now (Wayland related). If you're in game mode try disabling hardware acceleration for remote play together. Please be patient when asking for help, this is a community discord not paid support.

BI remember reading a piece about a qualcomm wifi chip where scanning caused a delay in the recv/xmit buffers

DYeah I have the same problem. Like you said it's due to Wi-Fi scanning. You can resolve it by setting the BSSID in the WiFi settings for the access point you want to use. Interestingly it's also a problem on MacOS
DIt should give you a drop down to select one in Gnome. I haven't done that one KDE
DBy setting the BSSID you prevent the scanning while connected to that access point
Bthat was the workaround some of the poor lenovo people with that problem posted
Bthey said it helped them. They were also helped by being closer to the AP so there were fewer low-signal-strength scans
