Hello WinDeck fans! We’ve just shipped APU, Audio, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth drivers for Windows on Steam Deck OLED. You can find the updated drivers and notes here: https://t.co/zjU2UbJhz8
If you’re planning to install Windows, please make sure you have the latest BIOS from SteamOS
im thinking valve can get away with selling the deck at a near loss because of the store, so they can get away with having a cheap device with an OLED slapped on it
I may have sorted this, but I don’t know how it happened in the first place. Clearly somewhere along the line here I installed (unintentionally) a game to the same directory on primary storage at /var/mnt/extgames/ (not sure how this happened) - it also got installed to the removable drive as well. So there was both a local SteamLibrary folder...
does 'secondary drives' mean 'any other drives Linux is not installed on'? i have the ISO on a flash drive while my others drives are C, D and a microSD
Typically the "primary drive" would be either erased and repurposed or re-partitioned (after shrinking the existing data to make dedicated piece on the drive for Linux) and if you had an extra drive (e.g. another internal or external drive) that would be considered a "secondary drive"
