Eworkers includes 100,000 requests a day for free and if you exceed that number then it will stop working and wont charge you
E100k/day is WAY more than you ever need for email
IYeah if you get 100k emails a day then your inbox will likely implode far before you notice

Eif you want to stop certain emails reaching the provider you can write code in the worker to block them, but the free email routing doesnt have any fancy spam detection features so itll likely be an uphill battle
