Hi, I am sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this but I am just wondering if there is anyone on here from Cloudflare that can help with processing my payment for my site? I just can't seem to get in contact with anyone at Cloudflare to help with payment processing and I have been trying for over a month now to get my invoice paid with no success.

You just need to create an API key on the Cloudflare dashboard and then use the REST API as linked above (using an HTTP client of your choice).

No. D1 doesn't have a connection string like a MySQL or Postgres database.

Just in case it gets missed in #workers-discussions, it looks like there is an outage with cron triggers - mine aren't being executed at all, and someone else reported the same. This isn't a UI bug from what I can see, as the expected output also isn't happening.

If you removed pages/js files with Cloudflare Pages, you'd still see them for a bit due to Pages Asset retention cache
