having trouble installing ratOS

I have a v minion kit and was trying to finish it and when I try to use etcher to flash sd card it fails every time at 100% during validation. Don't know if it is actually flashing or not, but I've tried 4 different sd cards, and tried plugging in to the Pi but it never creates the hotspot so I assume it isn't flashing. Anyone have this problem?

Ok, like that link says, try the raspberry pi imager, or Rufus
