Riot Client wants to make changes to my device , every time i open the client or Valorant..

As the title says it gives me this error / notification about the client wanting to make changes to my pc. This only started about 2-3 weeks ago , and since then the game is absolutely full of rubber banding/ lagging with 20-25ping , or the other case being it jumping to literally 1500-3000 every time the round starts. After i die , it goes back to 20 and repeat. Atached a photo with the issue. Any help is appreciated!
