Distant Horizon Not generating chunks properly after using MCA Selector

I'm running minecraft 1.20.1 fabric with distant horizon and a few mods on my server which i've had no problem with for the past 4 days I played on it until recently. I have used MCA to delete some pregenerated chunks in order for ores introduced into the game by Modern Industrialization to actually spawn. Everything was okay until i loaded up the server and went to the newly generated chunk and looked back at my base to see the chunks were disappearing in a scattered manner just like in the pictures. Every single area that's been pre-generated gives me the same result. I've deleted the sqlite files from the server and client multiple times, reinstalled distant horizon, uninstalled chunk management mods such as c2me, lithium, entity culling etc.. and the issue still persists. My CPU or GPU doesn't seem to have an issue as i constantly monitor them. This issue started appearing when using MCA to delete pregened chunks. The pre-generated chunks had a radius of 10000 so I deleted 1 corner off (shown in the screenshot 390-400k chunks were deleted) making sure not to touch any regions from my base. When going far into the un-generated chunks the issue doesn't appear anymore. Is there any way to solve this? Btw the world looks perfectly fine when DH is disabled.
