It's not possible to transfer it, no. You could cancel but no prorated refunds either, would have to pay the entire month/wait for end of month for cancellation

So my client has to pay 250$ for 10 min Testing and buying again a Business Plan for the Production domain?

Sign up the root domain (example.com) with Business, convert to partial cname and then just point over a test subdomain (test.example.com), and then you could do the real domain after
