I think the issue is that how gamemode works stops you from using nvidia if it breaks, I could be wrong tho

Oh i dont need the gaming mode - ideally i can be thrown into the desktop when docked and to gamemode when not docked

This is on bluefin but it’s the steam flatpak. Recreating font cache with fc-cache didn’t help and neither did reinstalling the flatpak. Any ideas?

just tried flatpak run --command=fc-cache com.valvesoftware.Steam -f -vflatpak run --command=fc-cache com.valvesoftware.Steam -f -v which says it succeeded but still shows corrupted in the menue

I don't understand
game was working fine in game mode, now it closes immediately on launch
will run in desktop mode, but if you try to run it in game mode, then go back to desktop, will not run in desktop mode anymore until you reboot
