Need help please: „Error during homing contact: Contact triggered while accelerating“ /RatRig V4 500

Hello everyone with the command „BEACON_CREATE_SCAN_COMPENSATION_MESH BED_TEMP=100 PROFILE=PEI_100“ I get an error message at different points every time.

I have already tested the other command „BED_MESH_CALIBRATE BeD_TEMP=100 PROBE_METHOD=contact USE_CONTACT_AREA=1

SAMPLES=2 SAMPLES_DROP=1 SAMPLES_TOLERANCERETRIES=10 PROFILE=PEI 100“ but I get the same error.

I have already tested everything for strength, so really everything from the nozzle to the X Y joints.

Printer is a RatRig V4 500.
