don't think it has to do with the sites or outlook addresses; it's probably still the subset of CF SMTP relay ip address issue

Can't you just add foo@example.com to forward to a destination address, and bar@example.com to trigger a worker - based on https://developers.cloudflare.com/email-routing/setup/email-routing-addresses/#email-rule-actions - only been looking at this today, but it seems like it'd work?

Interestingly, the hello@example.com hits my worker - and it hits it 8-10 times for one email? But the catch all never hits my worker, super odd.

I tried clearing out all the settings and starting again, and it's now working - the status shows and I'm able to toggle the catch-all on.

The worker being called a lot is still a problem though, is that intended? When one email is received, my worker is triggered 2 times in some cases, and in one case it was trigger 8 times for one email

The logs show 200 OK, rather than an error, as does the graph that shows requests to the worker - no error

And even 3 times… for one email it was 8

I’m looking to router my emails, I have a domain name that I want catch-all on my personal email address, but it doesn’t work. I did the manipulation but it still does not work. I receive an email that tells me that I have sent from my personal address to my address to my domain name, but it sends me an email that says that it does not fit. On my panel it says that 1 mail was transferred but I do not receive it

Email Forwarding is always going to have these issues/was a failing game from the start. CF can only do so much when other providers go "you're forwarding spam!" "well yea uhh that's how email forwarding works". I wouldn't recommend email forwarding from any provider for email you care about unless you have full and absolute control over the destination and can whitelist cf

I'm using email routing to forward all emails sent to my domain to my outlook email. The emails are failing to send on cloudflares end and it's giving me this error. Anyone know what I should do to fix this?

You can pass the headers object in the forward but even then you're limited/couldn't change that

forward(rcptTostring, headersHeadersoptional) : Promise

Forward this email message to a verified destination address of the account. If you want, you can add extra headers to the email message. Only X-* headers are allowed.
When the promise resolves, the message is confirmed to be forwarded to a verified destination address.

hi im having a problem with email routing, i have been using email routing for at least a year or more to forward email sent to my custom domain address to my outlook inbox. starting from about an hour ago, i am no longer receiving emails. people who send emails to me have their emails bounced back with error messages like "Upstream error", and my cloudflare dashboard shows this error to all failed email deliveries.

who should i contact to fix this problem? i am unable to receive any emails to my preferred inbox anymore and have temporarily switched the forwarding destination to another service, which works fine. it appears that the cloudflare mail ip used to forward my emails has been flagged by microsoft?

this was also one of the errors when i tried emailing my custom email with an icloud address:

im going to add that it actually works if i change the address the mail is being sent to. i set up a temporary routing rule with a temporary custom address that forwards the emails to the same outlook address that was denying the emails addressed to my primary custom address

i used an external email provider (google) to send an email to the temporary address as well as my main address

Email routing is broken and too unreliable for my liking, had too many issues with Outlook blocking their IPs, poor response from CF on this as well, especially with how many people use Outlook and are facing the same problem
