ikr this exact issue happened to me about 3 weeks ago i kept debugging for 2 hours why post requests are broken for this guy in iceland and only in iceland just to know its cloudflare trolling as usual

that guy was also an og enterprise user and after hours i was like "sorry it was cloudflare stopping thier service randomly in iceland" i was so confused i bought a premium vpn to access iceland srvers and it was actually broken for like 3/4 hours or even more

Trying out the new workers with assets. Just initiated a solid-js project as described in the tutorial and deployed. Looks like static assets aren't cached by default

You cannot compare running individual shell commands to a full-fledged CI/CD system like GitHub Actions.

If Workers Builds decides to follow the same path as AWS CodeBuild by adding support for GitHub Actions runners and GitLab runners, it could potentially attract a significant number of customers.

Biggest flaw for CodeBuild atm is the p50/p95 queue time which is way longer than native GitHub Actions runners. I'm really interested in how much faster Workers could be in this scenario since they use V8 Isolate without any coldstart.

Workers Builds!

can't seem to get Bun working though... even tried setting BUN_VERSION build env var, tried .tools-versions. Anyone get this working? Also a retry button on failed builds would be very helpful!

adding assets to workers is sick and i've got it working. but

doesn't seem to quite work without handling in the worker? Am i right about that? You want to bind it and hand the request back to assets to get the correct asset.

anyone using prisma? generating the prisma client seems to add 830kb to the size of my worker (30kb without) which seems unreasonable. am I doing something wrong?

What happens if you have multiple parallel worker requests from same colo that make use of the Cache API and there is a Cache Miss, the key/data stored in the Cache API is the same in all requests.

- Do all the worker requests try to hit the origin at once or are things smart enough to so that only one worker request hits the origin and the rest will pull from the Cache?

That's the same for any plan. It's not "the nearest colo to the worker", workers run directly in colos. Cache is all PoP based now though

no, cache api is only local. What do you mean "closer"? though, closer to what? Maybe you want something like Smart Placement to run the worker closer to your backend?

I'm doing a request to an API every x minutes, providing the etag from the last request in the

header to avoid further computing if the data isn't changed. While this works perfectly locally (api returns 304), when deploying the api is returning a normal 200 with the same etag as the old one, like if it didn't correctly receive it. Is this somehow a problem on my end?

Hi all, I have a typescript worker deployed and working nicely.

I was wondering what the suggested way manage multiple different workers in one repo is? Would you create a monorepo?

Or is there a config in the toml that I've missed where you can assign multiple name + main paths?
