Is there some restriction about headers that can be sent from subrequests or something like this? Because using scheduled()scheduled() I'm doing a request to an API every x minutes, providing the etag from the last request in the If-None-MatchIf-None-Match header to avoid further computing if the data isn't changed. While this works perfectly locally (api returns 304), when deploying the api is returning a normal 200 with the same etag as the old one, like if it didn't correctly receive it. Is this somehow a problem on my end?

Hi all, I have a typescript worker deployed and working nicely.

I was wondering what the suggested way manage multiple different workers in one repo is? Would you create a monorepo?

Or is there a config in the toml that I've missed where you can assign multiple name + main paths?

This must be a bad week for me and Workers. I made a worker. Publishjed it. Deleted it. And ran a deploy again. It shows up fine in the dashboard. I go into it and get an error about an ID conflict. I'd love to share the error, but the message auto dismisses.

Guys, I built a nextjs project and introduced next-intl. Local normal, but when I package after the access is not 404, anyone encounter this problem?

Does the subrequests metric include also D1/KV or only fetch? Checking the docs it seems that only fetch is counted:

Subrequests are requests triggered by calling fetch from within a Worker. A subrequest that throws an uncaught error will not be counted.

But in the limits section it is specified that subrequests also include D1/KV so this is a bit confusing

yeah I see, but I don't understand what that metric actually represent. I should be doing two fetch calls and 2 requests to KV/D1 per worker invocation so I'm assuming that the metric shown (4 subrequests per worker invocation) includes both, but the docs say otherwise...

This regex is super jank (zone > Workers Routes). It was randomly switching between failing and success each character input/delete and then it fails as shown in screenshot but I managed to work around it by copy/pasting part of the text

The goal is to block transparent proxy tools like Charles proxy, Reqable, etc to see my worker’s requests. So my flow is like this: worker1 has the main logic, when it is accessed, it fetch worker2 and worker2 will check if the mTLS certificate is validated. If it is, the flow will continue with the main logic on worker1, otherwise it will block the connection.

Has anyone tried to use dependency injection and decorators with cf workers? My initial attempt doesn’t seem to work because the di container system generates random keys outside the scope of the worker. I’m using tsyringe in this case but I think it applies to all di container systems

Does anyone know of a good way to handle secrets management in workers? Let's say I onboard a client for a saas and the workers now need to be aware of a new client secret.

What is the best way to handle that instead of manually going into the cloudflare worker and adding it as an environment variable secret?

If I have one worker for secret management, how will I let the other pertinent workers know of the new secret?

its not an issue with the server (api @ https://<redacted>.fly.dev/careerhttps://<redacted>.fly.dev/career) because I run the server itself (and if I manually make the exact same request it works every time) and its not even getting reached

Fly.dev domains are anycast, meaning they're globally routed on Fly's backbone. I suspect that when you hit the server it works because you're entering the Fly network near your home, but when a Worker hits it it's entering in a different region that's having errors... that's really the only thing I can think of.
