1.1.1.1 timeout on resolving *.cloud.ru

I am not quite sure where to post this problem, but it seems like 1.1.1.1 doesn't resolve cloud.ru. Is there any problem with 1.1.1.1? Nothing on cloudflare status, just timeouts.

9.9.9.9 fails too, so safe to stay not just 1.1.1.1

Google's 8.8.8.8 has surprisingly robust caching and error handling compared to the rest, I think they'll actually try other locations or just serve stale

Some locations time out contacting it like MXP via Rosteltelecom port, something they'd have to look onto on their side
