unexpected DDoS made the extreme bill to Argo Smart Routing

I started trying Argo Smart Routing to optimize my internal network connectivity. But there was a sudden DDoS attacked me in June and not only the system cannot filter that attack, I also received a astonishing high amount bill, which is totally unexpected for me. Usually it only takes me around 10 USD/mth but the shocking bill is definitely abnomal...
May I get an escalation here to have someone another check? I really love using CF's service but the billing is so frustrating for me...:(
