AHuh, if cross-fetch is an included package in my project, 'fetch' gets overwritten globally somehow if I'm using a specific combination of packages.. regardless if I import cross-fetch in my specific file.
Afeels like a build problem, tho, is there a reference somewhere to the original fetch i can use?
Atho i wonder if i can do some next.config.js magic and tell it to use a local file for cross-fetch package

KYou can just make a not found page with the edge runtime, I ran in to that issue when my root layout page was needing the edge runtime

MEnded up going back to next-on-pages as there was a bunch of issues rising up and it doesn't seem stable to deploy to prod. However, having said that I'm running into a couple of issues with the workers running out of memory - it works fine on my local device but not when its been deployed. Any idea how I'd go about debugging it or requesting more memory?
MAlso some pages are immensly slow, like I'm talking ~10-20 seconds if they load at all?

KHey guys I am having hard time in dealing with putting authentication on my api/route.
My website has no log-in feature so user can just access it freely, the problem though is that the api/route can be access too I tried setting up a middleware
the problem is sometimes the referer and host is empty on the log, I am thinking on implementing token and saving it on kv but I am not sure how to do it

JI have a nextjs app that has a root layout that contains a button that calls a server action. That server action imports a library that is 930 KB (105.65KB zipped) in size.
The issue is that this import is causing my worker to exceed the 1MB limit. When checking on my deployment, the uncompressed size of the worker goes from 3.5MB to 10MB+ just from this import. I would expect it go up by about 1MB when uncompressed, not 7MB.
Since the server action is being imported from within the root layout, it seems to be increasing the size of every page in my app, basically multiplying the the import size of the server action by the number of pages that use the root layout. Is this expected behavior?

IWhen bundling for Pages, the entire layouts/actions/etc are all bundled into one file.
IIt's just a limitation of how things are deployed... they must be a single file to be deployed as a Worker (or a Pages Function which next-on-pages uses under-the-hood)
