My account hacked
I have a question I’ve been playing since season 2 but I was always playing with my best friend who passed away when he passed in 2021. I quit playing everyday than quit playing completely but been wanting to get back into gaming haven’t brought anything since he passed. I never took pictures of my account just my character it has my name on it but not of my profile someone recently hacked my account linked their number and email but still has my game play login. That’s only way I can get into it they’ve brought things on my account and I want my account back I’ve tried recovery thing on pubg twice. Both rejected please help me out. I would really appreciate it. @pubgmobile

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
