My account hacked

Hello, I need help recovering my PUBG Mobile account, but I keep getting blocked by an error. My UID: 51593076945 Every time I try to submit a recovery claim, I get this message: "Suspicious activity has been detected on this account. Please contact the PUBG MOBILE Security Team..." I also tried using a regular device (multiple ones), but I still get error code 3040044. I've followed all the instructions, used factory devices from friends, and I don't have mobile data - only WiFi. I also tried manual review, but my submission was rejected without any email or explanation. I really don't know what else to do at this point. Please help me or guide me to someone who can look into my case.

@delfin And you may ask why it was rejected? Because I asked for help from customer service in vain, but I still didn't get any help? So what do I do now? I have a lot of time and money in it.. Also, I tried to submit a request to the link below, but it won't send it. I wrote an email to customer service about 2 weeks ago, they said that the restriction would be lifted in 5 days. But 2 weeks have passed since then and nothing has happened. When I write to them, I get the same template message. But I've already received the same answer for the 3rd or 4th time. However, I think I provided enough information about my account that the hacker wouldn't know. That's why I don't understand why I was rejected, or why they can't decide who the legitimate account owner is.

Hi @caffeine 个 i have exactly the same issue like you have. The support don’t help at all dude. They don’t even care what we submit. I have made a video where i spend on Dundle about 1k € last year on receipts and apple pay as well. Used the link above on the weekend and yesterday got rejected as well. I have hundreds of screenshots. My recovery tool is declined in-game as well because i dont use regularly device.. BUT I DO. So i think we can say goodbye to our accounts my friend.

Okay so we lost our accounts for sure.. i will try to submit today one more recovery claim and thats the last. Its time to say goodbye 😅
