linked number problem #help
#hello everyone , I linked my acc with old number phone which number i throw away when i bought the new phone..
Problem iam facing now is that i was logging in game always by apple id and twiter and now its asking me for mobile code number when i want to log in which i dont have anymore and this code game never asked me until now..
I was logging in normal by apple id and twiter and now after I deleted pubg i cant log in by apple id or twiter i need this mobile code, I send all proffs to support and only iam the person who knows this informations about my acc nobody else even all the paymeants from my phone i sent all the details possible and sistem rejected it..
For me this is very wrong and i dont understand what system wants i sent all details which i was asked and system rejected it , I need to speak with somebody from the game so we can fix this problem bcs i put a lot of money in my acc and i sent all details about it and i cant take it back..
Can anyone help me please?

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
