hey! a good chunk of people are unable to use my website cuz invisible turnstile challenge never seems to pass. from what i've seen, it keeps retrying challenges & returns 300100 or 300031. this happens even if they disable all extensions, clear cookies, and site data. i don't think the issue is with their ip address cuz sometimes other devices on the same network pass challenges just fine. would an additional managed challenge help with this or nah? im kind of at a loss here, idk what else i could do to minimize the failure rate without switching to an always managed challenge :racks:

i also can't replicate this on any of my own devices, challenges always pass fine and never failed even once. i tried various networks, public vpn services, hosted private vpns to see if the issue is in hosting ips, and couldn't get a single challenge to fail the way users describe it

it happens on a bunch of platforms and browsers: macos & safari, windows & chrome, android & chrome. as pwa or just in browser. all are fairly recent versions, i don’t see a pattern

my best guess is that these users have very bad internet connection (or bad routing to cloudflare) and challenges time out. i only got it to break in a similar way by throttling the network to 128kbps and adding a 5s latency in chrome dev tools

I just set up turnstile on a form, and while the sitekey is working and the manageed widget shows up and shows success, my server side keeps failing, saying it couldn't connect to the api. I know the keys are e correct, and the site is hosted on IONOS. Has anyone had any issues with IONOS sites being unable to access turnstile?

Looking to use Cloudflare Turnstile with Lit elements / shadow dom? I've been trying to find a solution for a long time, and I've finally cracked it. I've seen here to "use slots", but I wasn't quite sure about how it was going to work (I use Vaadin router so its a bit more complicated)

We’re only in testing right now but our QA has been experiencing it daily. Started seeing it Monday. It was happening very frequently then so we thought it was because of the scheduled maintenance. Seems to have improved a bit since but is still happening infrequently. Also seems to be happening more on specific machines on different networks.

For some reason they changed the invalid site key to this error. I had to dig through the code to find it.

I tired adding a new form to my site using Fluent Forms. I have had Turnstile on my site for a couple of years and never had any issues. On the new form when I hit submit I get an error to "please prove that you are human x" but no where to check a box. I'm not using WAF rules, just the api key. I ended up disabling the plugin.

business is 100% too but you only get 1x the service fee back for the given time which isnt usually
