How can I access the encrypted build variables inside the shell?

That doesn't sound right, can you give me a build ID?

It'll be the UUID at the end of the URL - /workers/services/view/{worker}/production/builds/{buildId}/workers/services/view/{worker}/production/builds/{buildId}

However, I have created wrangler.toml from template and am running shell. When I try to access the encrypted variables from inside that shell, it comes up empty.
