When you log into your Account for the first time, you will see a button Set Up Site on your dashboard. Click on it and follow the steps.

DI think you should probably contact their support, since they are the ones that know what to add in your dns records.
Cdo they have a number to get in contact with ?
CI tried with (last four numbers 5273) and couldn't get through to them

D@Cadmon You cannot change nameservers on a domain registered through Cloudflare. You need to get the website ip address from the website settings in siteground and create an

make a dns record = A type
then enter the ip address of the host (if you can't find it call/contact them)
depending on who you're with leave it unproxied
ttl depends on who you are with as well (1-2 hrs or couple minutes)
