Dear Riot Support, It’s been almost 20 hours since my account was permanently suspended, and I have yet to receive any response from the team. I am reaching out to appeal this decision as I believe it was made in error. I have been accused of using third-party software, but I have never engaged in any cheating practices. The only third-party tool I’ve used is RawAccel, which is approved by Riot as it simply adjusts sensitivity settings. I’ve been playing since Episode 3, Act 3, and if I had been using cheats, my match history wouldn’t reflect the tough games I’ve experienced. I’ve invested over $1500 AUD into this account, and I feel this punishment is unfair, especially without evidence to support the accusation.
