False Permanent Suspension
My riot account (JiN#ivy) with 1000 dollars spent on it got falsely permanently suspended and i really dont know what to do.
The message i get on riot client is that i got banned for “using third party software to gain an advantage” but when i submitted a ticket the riot staff member said i got banned for “botting”??
The different reasons being given for why i got banned are completely irrelevant to eachother and only adds more questions instead of answering my old ones.
Some info id like to add:
I did not buy this account i made it myself.
I made this account while i was on vacation in Pakistan and have photo evidence with timestamps to prove that it is the truth. And will gladly provide if needed.
Ive had this account for 4 years and have only ever received bans for voice and text chat abuse with very very minimal intentional afk offenses.
I am the only person with access to my account so no 3rd party foul play is involved.
I DO NOT have a hwid ban and can play on multiple different accounts without getting any type of warning or ban.
I stream on twitch so vods and clips of my gameplay are easily available to be checked.
I just wanna clear up again that i have done ZERO cheating or wintrading ever in my 5 years of playing this game.
Please look into this.
