False Permanent Suspension

Hey guys hope everyones having a good day, my val account shoot back#drgbh was banned for violating Section 7( Scripting to be specific) around 4-5 days ago. I know theres a lot of people who do cheat and end up getting perm banned then try to appeal and lie their way through it but I in no way have ever cheated in valorant. Ive played the game since Epsiode 4 Act 3 and have climbed my way through all the ranks. I recently have not downloaded anything that would affect valorant or vanguard in any way recently, i do use Logitech G Hub but dont mess with the macro function. There is one app that i am a bit wary about and i was wondering if i could talk to any riot support and see if that app is the one that caused my ban, if not, I would like to get help to get my account unbanned. I have seen many people recently saying they've gotten hardware banned and wonder if theres an issue or something going on right now as well.
