false ban appeal and tickets

I got banned for nothing. I like many played in cs and after moving to valorant, showed good stats 1.40 kd on ASK3, access to my account was only at my girlfriend, I played with a comp, but most often watched skins and tracker, I never used software, played in teams, sometimes streaming and one day I get a ban for using third-party software. The funny thing is that even the resolution I did not change, I always played 16 by 9. Any communication with anyone from tech support ended with the fact that I responded with a prepared text and that's it. Attempts to write to streamers or call the office, as well did not lead to success. I want someone to hear me, help me. During this time I have already dropped my hands and see no point in continuing. But sometimes there is hope.
I personally have never used or used the software, since the account is too expensive (in every sense)
If there is someone who can help me or who has already solved and unban their accts, I will be glad for any help. Maybe this post will be noticed by RIOT, but I think there is no chance.
