False ban appeal

Hello! I've been playing valorant for a while and yesterday all of sudden i was kicked out of a game and got suspended and hardware banned. I've never used any third party apps / cheats. I would appreciate if i can get any help in this matter. I appreciate your time reading this! Thanks
