For requests, the measurement is easy, but for bandwidth I don't want to use the content-length header, because not always the whole file, e.g. a video gets proxied, if the user cuts the connection. Do people see a big difference in initial worker response times between their staging/production workers? I'm getting a consistent 400ms response time for a worker in my dev environment (which is very rarely called) but in production things are a bit better around 80ms - exact same configuration.
