It looks like your X account has been suspended and not your PUBG MOBILE account.
You can login to your PUBG MOBILE account using another login method if you have an email, a mobile number or any social media platform other than X linked to your game account.
If X was the only login method linked to your PUBG MOBILE account then you will have to either appeal X's decision to suspend you or submit an account recovery request in-game to get access back to your PUBG MOBILE account.
Please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
