Anyone knows if stream clip api (https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/stream-video-clipping-clip-videos-given-a-start-and-end-time) generates a new video or modifies the original one? If modifies the original one what happens if the video wasn't processed yet? Do I lose quality?

#durable-objects with Hibernatable Websockets would be the way to go. A basic solution can be built in under 100 lines of code, under 500ms latency and cost is super reasonable

Is there a way to update the lang tag for captions to language code rather then the language name in the mpd file?

by default its like

but we want it to be

You can edit the

meta

meta

Well I tried loading the page and waited 1sec just for DNS resolution. Some of the page components were taking 200ms+, and then one of the iframes was queued for 2.3sec before executing. Can you test this on a page that isn't so bloated? If feels like its the site itself and not the video

Anyone know if there is a way to check that stream webhooks are being sent? I've set one up, I can list it just fine, the URL is confiogured correctly, but I don't seem to be recieving them

For me it randomly started working after maybe a month of doing nothing. Before the issue it had been running flawlessly for a year. Still haven't had a response on my support ticket which is disappointing.

When it started working again I got all of the requests from that month, so maybe one of their queues had an issue or something.

Are you creating the webhook via API or dashboard?

When you create a webhook in the dash, that only applies to live videos: https://developers.cloudflare.com/stream/stream-live/webhooks/

When you create a webhook via the API, that's for VOD video uploads: https://developers.cloudflare.com/stream/manage-video-library/using-webhooks/

Not sure if this helps, but I've had no issue receiving webhooks for both VOD and live videos, as long as I've set them both up
