Can’t login
I got a new phone and new number and I can’t 2 step verify my account is there anyway to fix this I’ve had the account since S1 I don’t want to lose it

Hello, @Agonyy! Did you save your backup verification codes somewhere or enabled the email verification through your Account settings? If you have saved the backup verification codes, you can use a backup verification code to log into your account.
If you do not have access to your backup verification codes, you did not enable email verification, and are completely locked of your account, please reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance....

Where do I put in the backup verification code

I see this but they have to Text the old number and I don’t have that number
At this page shown in your screenshot, @Agonyy. You can enter a backup verification code instead if you saved your backup verification codes before and have access to them.

I tried the in game support but they only have options for 6 months and I haven’t logged on there since last year

It is your own responsibility to secure your login credentials. When you enabled secondary verification, the game offers two extra options to log into your account. You can save backup verification codes and enable email verification. If you did not, you unfortunately cannot log into your account without having access to your old phone number. You can still try to contact the in-game customer service for further assistance.
I feel like I did do the email verification I can log on to the account through the email but then it asks me to verify it again

Linking email to your PUBG MOBILE account is different. When you enabled secondary verification, you can enable email verification through your Account settings:
