Full-screen on games/videos goes to black screen after hibernation.
Some time ago, I started getting a black screen when games or videos would go into full-screen, but it was inconsistent and I could not figure out why.
Recently, I noticed it only happens after I leave the computer for a while and come back to it hibernating > lock screen then login.

What is weird, is that only happens after hibernation > lock screen, if I prevent the PC from going to hibernation/lock screen the problem never happens.
