Ultimate 500 confirmation

I have been ranked 350 in asia server in ultimate royale in C7S20 season but i haven't received any confirmation on selected to the ultimate 500 ? Why is this happening? Is this a regional issue?

The missing rewards is
1. Professional team tryout invite.
2. PMGO priority invite.
We only got the top 500 title and there is 2 rewards missing
