So far I didn't need so haven't tried ARM_CM4_MPU since STM32F446RE uses Cortex-M4 core with Floating point (ARM_CM4F). I keep things simple & avoid exploring features that I don't need for immediate future projects

I don't think esp32 modules support's wifi HaLow but you can check FGH100M module from Quectel https://www.mouser.in/new/quectel/quectel-fgh100m-modules
