TI'm using throw limiter that is not assymetric. I have 20 degree pitch foward but only 15 deg backward. My stick center is now foward 3-4 degree. How do I correct this?
VI have the same issue, just posted in suggestions to add a recenter option. What I do for now is mess with the Y min/max axes calibration values.
TSo your saying for now I need to change the Y values in order to get a true center.
VOr wait, maybe you have the opposite problem. You calibrated using the throw limiter, and you want your logical center to be different from the physical "middle" position?
TI'm using phycial throw limiters which are not assymetric only for the Y axis. I recalibrated and now the software thinks that the center for me is forward about 4 deg or so. So my stick recenter to the center of the circle on the software but that center is not good for me it is foward 4 deg. I need the circle for center in the software to be back more.
Tis that the same problem you have. This problem cannot be resolved by the balance or static force settings because those settings will not move the center backwards 4 degrees or so it will only move my stick and that's not what I need so I came here for help. 
VYou can probably get there by first changing the Y axis calibration values (to give you more logical throw), then use the software axis scaling to set an asymetric scale for Y. Probably quite a bit of trial and error
VIts similar but different from what I have. I use software endstops and want to use only the "bottom half" of the physical range, but I do want that to be symmetric (I printed an extension that angles the stick forward a bit). By using software endstop scaling, center position remains in the physical middle, so if I have like 1 degree throw for negative Y and 20 degree for positive, which doesnt really fly well 
VBut it is what you want I think, just a little less extreme 
TMaybe there is no problem for me. I know that it seems my stick is forward at its new center but maybe that's because of the fact my throw is more forward than back and true center for my setup is now foward a little which make sense.
VYeah if you calibrated using the actual physical range (with limiter) stick center will be in the middle of the range.
Tglad I didn't order my new extension with any rake lol now my stick is naturally canted a little forward but thats ok I need to test it out in the sky I'm sure it will be fine
VFWIW, if you want your stick to be upright in the middle, even if that means you have a little less throw in one direction than the other, you can do that (the way I explained) and I find that to feel more natural than I thought. Also, if you just want to offset the weight of the stick, you can do that with the static force setting

TWith stick in its current position note Raw Y value. Move stick to desired center point and note raw Y value there.
If desired-current is positive: under Y axis calibration increase the higher number until C:#### is equal to your desired center raw Y value.
If desired-current is negative:
Decrease the lower number until C:#### is equal to your desired center raw y value.
Then you need to go into axis scaling in effects tab and play with percents so at the physical end stop you get full deflection from the virtual axis.
If desired-current is positive: under Y axis calibration increase the higher number until C:#### is equal to your desired center raw Y value.
If desired-current is negative:
Decrease the lower number until C:#### is equal to your desired center raw y value.
Then you need to go into axis scaling in effects tab and play with percents so at the physical end stop you get full deflection from the virtual axis.
TI think that should work to give you true 20deg fwd, 15deg back
Tok I understand what all these numbers mean the C number and the raw numbers. This makes sense!
Tproblem changing the numbers is not changing the actual physical zero of the stick in the software its just changing the scale of the virtual limit

TDid you click apply/store? your stick should jump when you change the Y limits and click apply/store.
TThe x and y values at the bottom determine where the physical center is (raw values)
TYou are only changing one of the Y limit values. You should be changing the value in the direction of your lower degree throw in order to push the center toward that direction.
TI changes the max down alot so that the C was the number I wanted when stick was where I wanted it to be centered
Tapplied settings and stick did not move but when I move stick foward it the virtual axis hits the max way before my stick physically hits the limit

Tbut the problem is even if I get this to work there is no way to use scaling in order to get the virtual axis correct? because there is no negative options on scaling
Tscaling option only allows you to increase movement virtually not take any movement out
TYou need to leave the max where it is and decrease the min to move the center to desired value
THave you tried putting in negative numbers? You can for some things so I figured you could for axis scaling. Make sure to unlink the values so they aren’t all the same.

TActually I don’t think you need to use negative number in axis scaling. I think you would need 75% in backwards axis scaling
TBecause your stick thinks it physically needs to move 20deg to get to the end stop. But if you axis scale 75% it should only have to move 15 degrees to get to the virtual end stop.
Tno if I put 75 in the bottom that will give me 100 percent pull when im only at 75 physcially
TI just don't think there is away to get this to work I believe you must have asymmetric center not really a option to get this to work which is ok I will have to live with it the way it is

TIt doesn't work how you are explaining it. I understand exactly what you are trying to say. I have just tried it and it doesn't work that way.
Taxis scaling will only scale the virtual axis so that when you are physically at lets say 5 deg pos Y you can scale it to make the software think you are at 100

TChanging the raw values does move the stick to the desired center position though?
Tno changing the value on the max just shortened my axis so that i'm at the virtual limit before I hit physical limit but did not change the virtual or physical center
Tit stayed the same stick didn't move at all
