Why does invoking a static asset, like going to the "/dashboard" page of my website, hit my worker?

The docs seem wrong since visiting my "/blog" page hits the worker and occasionally makes a 200-300ms CPU spike

i have two accounts with workers apps using the new worker ci builds and all of the are stuck at npm install, i've reached out to support last week and no reply. all are npm monorepos using turborepo, but all are very different apps. i'm completely stuck in the water and my clients are wondering why apps aren't being updated. please help!

Probably not the answer you're looking for, but you could store trigger schedules in a Durable Object and then use

setAlarm()

setAlarm()

to wake the DO when required (and execute whatever worker/function necessary). When the alarm is done firing, it should lookup the trigger schedule and set an alarm for the next schedule. If you update the schedule, recalculate the new trigger alarm
