Swapping plates

Is there a way to setup for different plates in 2.1. As beacon picks up the metal plate under the PEI sheet if you then use a different plate with thicker sticker the first layer differs. I use a PEI sheet but also a plate with FR4 stuck to the spring sheet that is thicker.
