There are generic steps you can follow to stay compliant with the latest RoHS directives that can be found online e.g these blogs

- https://environment.ec.europa.eu/topics/waste-and-recycling/rohs-directive_en
Not-so-popular advice is to consult compliance experts or certification bodies in the target geo in the specific product segment like in ur case wireless technologies.
