Dredge (GoG) Launches zoomed in and doesn't register Steam Deck icons
Picked up the Dredge freebie from Amazon on GoG. Installed on the Deck and seems to be zoomed in. You can see the word "begin" cut off on the bottom right.
Game isn't picking up controller inputs from the Deck either, except for the mouse via right trackpad.
Forcing the game into 1280x800 via Steam didnt fix the issue. Tried Proton 8 and GE. No avail. Any suggestions on this one?

Found the solution: I set the F key to R4 on the deck to get past the prompt. Then the game settings will allow you to change the resolution.

If you launched in desktop mode just hold the three dot menu to put the controller into standard controller mode instead of the mouse emulation mode
