Hdelete the affected distrobox and make it again
MI not make distrobox. Just clean install of bazzite.
MAnd in star menu when I write distrobox and click "run distrobox" nothing happen.

Has its only used for a distrobox that was made for 1 application you selected in the bazzite portal (idk which one, i lack functional crystal ball)
Hdistrobox is used for applications that do not have a flatpak, them failing to update mean nothing in the end

Hthe distroboxes use your homefolder for application settings anyway by default so whatever settings the app had, it will be saved

Hthats fine, it still tries to update all distroboxes as thats how the updater is configured
Hbut its designed to ignore errors from distrobox as they dont matter
