I'm having issues with an attacker that appears to be using a botnet. I can block the user agent in this specific case, but I'm wondering if there's a way I can flag this type of activity for Cloudflare's much more advanced security team to review and possibly help us improve security of the network/internet at large? Should I be bothering them with support tickets every time I find stuff like this?

I'm getting rather tired of spending the time to reach out to all these ASN abuse contacts myself, maybe a tool to make that easier and include log examples could be useful

I guess since CF is all API I could write something like that, but it would be kind of neat if there was something built into the security center.

I think if you didn't get a response after 4 months, it's probably safe to say your application did not get accepted

My guess is that the team processing the applications doesn't really bother with small bots and/or bots who's sole purpose is scraping the web, no matter the reasoning for it

@Peps Just curious somewhat related, I responded to an abuse takedown over a week ago. We took down the content. It's still "In Review"

I'm not too worried about the specific URL being blocked because that album was unpublished by us per the DMCA request, but I don't like to see the pending items in my list lol any idea how long those take?

On 19 november 2024 i have received messages from a commercial non-goverment service in Germany about potential CSAM material on my website, the url they linked never existed on our website. I contacted them for clarification about it and received no answer. The message contained my full infrastructure IP's backend, these IP's are hidden behind firewalls and only Cloudflare has this information, in addition this company CONFIRMED to me that cloudflare has provided them my origin ips. On the same day i have made a ticket to cloudflare (01278778) that has been left unresponsive to this day. If my ticket is not answered this week i will go public with this information, this action breaks both data protection laws and Cloudflare's own TOS. EDIT: Thanks for the response on my ticket.

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with a domain that was previously configured in my Cloudflare account. Recently, I noticed that this domain is no longer visible in my account, while my other domains remain intact.

Here’s the context:

-The domain is registered with Namecheap.
-It was linked to Hostinger hosting, but I didn’t renew the Hostinger subscription as I plan to migrate to another host company.
-When I logged into Cloudflare to update the DNS settings, I realized the domain was missing from my account.

Does the expiration of my Hostinger subscription have any connection to this issue, or could there be another reason why the domain disappeared from Cloudflare? I’d appreciate any insights or guidance on how to address this.
